01 / Services
Questions keeping you up?
We work on the problems founders can’t delegate to a bookkeeper or a spreadsheet.
“How do I model three scenarios for next year when I can barely close the books on this one?”
“We have data everywhere but no one can tell me which channels are actually profitable.”
“We've outgrown our bookkeeper but we're not ready for a full-time controller. What do we do?”
“I'm raising next year. My model and my reality don't agree. Which one's wrong?”
02 / How we work
We don’t just advise. We build with you.
Our model is built around being part of your team, not a vendor you check in with monthly.
Constant communication
Weekly catch-ups are essential. We send analyses and insights as soon as they’re ready, not when the next meeting rolls around.
Ahead of the question
We don’t wait to be asked. Patterns, anomalies, risks, openings: we flag them when we see them, so you can act on them, not chase them.
Doers, not delegators
We write the formulas, clean the data, connect the sources, and deliver analyses as soon as they’re ready. You will never wonder who is actually doing the work.
03 / Who we partner with
Founders and operators who build real businesses.
Products on shelves, services that scale, brands that last.
04 / The unfair advantage
Plus the platform we built ourselves: Vornoy.
Most fractional CFO shops bolt together a half-dozen tools and call it a stack. We built our own. Vornoy is a real-time analytics product covering revenue, OPEX, marketing spend, and CAC. Purpose-built for Founders, and the engine behind every analysis we run for clients.
Real-time, reconciled
Revenue, OPEX, marketing spend, and CAC: pulled, normalized, and reconciled automatically. No more month-end surprises.
Multi-source by default
QuickBooks, NetSuite, R365, Shopify, Amazon, Stripe: pulled into one view that actually ties to your books.
Built for how operators work
Custom KPI dashboards, channel and product margin, marketing performance, scenario modeling. The questions you ask weekly, answered with live numbers.
05 / Common questions
Questions asked on or before the first call.
What does the first month look like?
We move fast. In the first week, we get access to your systems, meet your team, and start understanding how your business actually runs. By week two, we're already digging into the numbers, identifying gaps in your reporting, and building out the foundational models and processes you need. By the end of the first month, you'll have a clear picture of your financial health, a working model you can actually use, and a team that already feels like your own. We're up and running with new clients in about 6 days. No long onboarding decks, no months of "discovery."
How does pricing work?
We operate on monthly retainers. No project-based work, no long-term commitments required to get started. Engagement scope flexes up or down as your business needs change.
Do we need to engage you on Finance, Accounting, and Analytics together?
No. Most clients work with us across all three, but you can also engage on just accounting, just analytics, or any combination of the three. Vornoy is also available as a stand-alone product.
Who works on my account?
A team, not a single advisor. Depending on engagement size, you'll typically have two to three Vornoy team members in weekly contact with you. That includes data specialists who code projects rather than build them in Excel. Your dashboards don't break when data shifts, and you can monitor the same metrics consistently over time.
How deeply do you integrate with the rest of the team?
Deeply. We're not a finance silo. We work with sales and marketing on budgets, with operations on inventory and forecasting, with legal and outside counsel, on strategic hires, with investors (data rooms, fundraising), and with your in-house accounting team when you have one. Finance touches everything, so we do too.
Let’s talk
Let’s see if we’re a fit.
Schedule time to meet our team. We want to hear about your business: where it is today, where you want to take it, and what’s slowing you down. If we see an opportunity to help, we’ll come back with a clear plan and a statement of work to match.
