01 / Why we exist
The finance team we wanted when we were founders ourselves.
Vornoy Advisors was built by operators who’ve been on the other side of the table. Founders and executives who’ve raised capital, sold companies, missed forecasts, hit numbers, and built finance teams from scratch.
The team brings institutional rigor from Wall Street and academia with the scrappiness of building and selling our own companies. That mix shapes how we work: we don’t deliver decks, we build the models. We don’t outsource the analytics, we write the formulas. We don’t hand you a junior on day two. We lead and execute alongside you.
Today the firm is built FP&A-first: a senior finance team leads on the strategic work, an integrated accounting team builds the foundation underneath, and the proprietary analytics platform, Vornoy, gives both an edge no other boutique has.
